You might have a Christmas problem IF........

you have more than one tree in your little vacation home....Guilty! If you've visited me for awhile, then you know I'm a nut. This just proves it!

The fish was one of the 2 things I made in a sewing class. (I know it's hard to see.) It is suppose to be a stocking/pillow. The elf & Santa are some of my favorites.

BJ, here is my largest Mark Robert's fairy (can't afford too many of the large ones!).

and another fairy treat bag...

And a few of the ornaments...
The starfish, palm tree and pottery fish were made by a local NMB artist/frame shop owner. She also makes fridge magnets like these. I love their colors.

Many of the ornaments on the tree are made of cloisonne (sp?) and are either fish, turtles, seahorses, mermaids, flip flops or crabs.

The tree in the master bedroom. (and about that spot on the left curtain...NEVER, E-VA iron a silk curtain, invest in one of those steamer thingies!) The tree sits in a birdbath (don't ask me why it's inside) surrounded by shells. There's a tealish glass gazing ball in the bottom of it, but you can't see it in the photo.

Sorry, this photo is a little blurry. I saw a tree similar to this in Coastal Living one time. The "tree skirt" is a beach towel.

Here are a few of the ornaments, all in a beach theme.

Golf cart for the golfer in the house...

Surfing Santa is in the back.

The little snowman is chillaxing!

Myrtle Beach or Bust...I feel his pain!
Now I don't know what my mother was thinking, but see that ugly blue ornament at the top of the tree...she brought that to my husband at Thanksgiving! But do you see a Carolina ornament up there??? I think not!
I'm showing you the sand snowman because one year, we made a real sand snowman, and used it for Christmas cards. She was a diva, and had a boa. We used sea grass for her arms, and shells for her eyes. I'd show her to you, but we used those creepy Halloween teeth (because I couldn't find the red plastic lips we use to put in our mouths when we were kids), and it actually looked freaky. Sometimes less is more.

The new blue/green tree in T.K.'s room. We were going to string little white scallop shells for it, but ran out of time...hate it when that happens! Do you remember the little snowman from the Peppermint Forest post? It's funny because it looks like it has lights on it, but it doesn't.

Thanks for stopping by today! I'll be posting the rest of the beach house decorations over the weekend. I know it's hard to believe there's more! :O)

I like the size of your pictures on your blog better than my HUGH ones...hope I can remember to reduce the size next go around. I have a whole weeks worth of posts already ready tho and am pretty sure I used the GIGANTIC setting on those, too.
I especially loved your little star fish...so cute..

Love the trees!
We have four trees in our house. One is in the family room, the girls have one in their room, one has a pink one the other has a purple one, and I have a small green one in my office/ scraproom that I want to paint white.
Now you should see the Tarheel ornaments my DH has on our tree in the family room.

Especially the bright pinks, greens & blues on the first tree.

Excuse me Ma'am....I'm Joe the Christmas Decor police. I'm sorry to inform you but we're going to have to take you in....the charge you ask? Well ma'am...you are WAY over the quota for Christmas Tree's per family. I'm sorry ma'am but in a tight economy you are limited to 10 trees per family...and you are in violation of that regulation. How many trees do you have you greedy tree ho ho ho lol. YIKES it all looks so dang cute! I love the beachy themes and the brighter colors. Very nice. And I'm sorry Joe is being so grumpy!

I love your decorations. I've always like anything associated with the sea. I say you can't have too many trees or too many decorations.
