Mars vs. Venus

My Hubby says all he needs is a
and a

and he's good.

Well...you might as well & just go ahead and shoot me now if that's all I had!
Talking about SURVIVOR!

WELL....
we did say "until death do we part" in our vows, and as long as I have

A PULSE...

we're going to have a little froo-froo to go along with his remote & couch because I believe accessories are the icing on the cake.

It's like an outfit with no jewelry,

Queen Elizabeth at a mudsling....the two just don't mix!

One set of our friends (the man 1/2)

said he decided it was cheaper for he & his then girlfriend to get married than to keep paying to commute, so he proposed....hmmm. Let's do a spreadsheet, and weigh the COSTS! How romantic!!!
....and she accepted, but that was implied.

As a footnote...I will admit her husband's a nice guy....and from what she says, he has become more romantic. (something about train them up in the way they should go....I think)

Why is it that men don't need much? Maybe because they're typically the PROVIDERS.

Why do they need a cost analysis for everything?
Why is it when they go into a store, they go IN, get what they need, and get OUT? I guess they're frugal so we don't have to be! It's sweet of them to sacrifice for us, isn't it?

Whatever the reason, I, for one, am thankful for it! Show your guy how much you love and appreciate him today! Give him a BIG hug and

for that sacrificing! Make him wonder WHAT'S UP?! :O)

Hey Girlie-good one!!! Lol! I have to confess my husband gets a big fat(X) thank you everyday for his hard work! I know I am a lucky girl for having him for sure! But I agree it is very important to let them know often how much they are appreciated for all they do well and put up with too. Funny I feel like we can't live with them and can't live without them either! LOL!
Soooo anyhow before I forget to tell ya come on over to my blog and see what I have there for ya!

Hermmmmm.....
"Why is it that men don't need much?" Does not apply in our life...neither of need much
"..cost analysis for everything?" that would be me..
"...store, they go IN, get what they need, and get OUT?" I hate taking him to a store! I go with the purpose, he goes to drool
"..frugal " that's me again..
I say Herrmmm again...did the planets screw up when they aligned me?? maybe I'm Pluto

Too funny. My DH doesn't need the remote and couch. He would like to have the BIG tv but would rather save the $ in case something happens. I say save some spend some and be happy.

God bless those men...especially mine! He said one of all guys' greatest fears is that they will marry a woman who will then go literally crazy. Evidently he's known some guys whose wives have gone a little psycho after the wedding. I try to avoid all psycho behavior! And try to reassure him when I'm mad at nothing that the problem is with me...learning to live with this strange species sure is exciting! :D

Thanks so much for following my blog! It is very exciting for me and it motivates me not to have any more 2 week long spans between posts...I'm going to get some good stuff up to keep you entertained! :)

The remote and the couch fits my hubby to a T. When he doesn't have the remote in his hand, I swear sometimes his thumb starts having spasms ! LOL

Hey Tar...I've been here, there & yonder...just making the rounds now. Your perspective on our menfolk is right on! The only thing about mine is when he does decide to spend it's a REALLY, BIG TICKET item...ouch... ;-) Bo

Fun post! My dh never gets out of the car to go into a store with me that he doesn't say "now, we don't need to stay in here very long"! He's said it for so many years that we now just say it in unison. It has become our shopping mantra. But, to be honest, he puts up with a lot of shopping, so I think I'll keep him. laurie
