Best of luck, Mr. Obama! You're going to need it!

As President-elect Obama is sworn in today, I wish him the best. He has a huge job to do to turn this economy around, and I wish him Godspeed! Not only do I think our country is depending on him, but so many others are too! My only request is that you don't bail out everyone that cannot run a business. Please do not make my child and potential grandchildren responsible for cleaning up the mess made by all of the politicians prior to your administration. Please allow our children the financial freedom to have a life better than their parents too.

I am proud of the fact that you will make history today! I wish you well President-elect Obama! Sadly, I fear you're going to need it! My thoughts and prayers will be with you!

I agree. He does have a rough 'ol row to hoe ahead of him. But with the help of the American people, he can make a difference.

Amen...it's really kind of amazing. I have a very diverse group of friends and co-workers and almost without exception(there are one or two) everybody is excited and hopeful that things will begin to turn around...not immediately as that would be nothing short of miraculous given the state we're in but still...hope is an amazing thing.

well I'm skeptical, very skeptical but I wish all that you do for him and the country. I trust more in my Lord and myself then I do any one person trying to bail us out of these crisis we find ourselves in especially since I think it was the government that put us here. Well mostly. :)

I have been praying for him since he started his run for presidency. I am hopeful that he will be the man to help inspire the country to turn things around, because 1 person no matter how great can do it alone. I really look forward to see what the future holds! Sue

Thanks for stopping by my blog! The movie was really cute and i dont want to give away the ending, but I would say if you think your daughter will be upset if he dies, dont let her see the movie. I also just posted a big question, if you have time, stop back by and try to help me out! Thanks, from one 40-something to another! Sue

Good morning Tardevil, I agree about Obama needing some Divine help with his new job. I pray his choices will be for the good of ALL.

I just said goodbye to 10 days of company. LOL. It was wonderful but today I am feeling the love just commenting away. My blogging friends have been so neglected. sigh.

Have a wonderful day!!!

Hugs...Jeanne
