6TH I WONDER WEDNESDAY

Hi, and thanks for stopping by for my 6TH I WONDER WEDNESDAY! If you'd like to play along, just drop me a comment, and I'll link to your blog.

I know that I shouldn't be one to question God, but I guess I am just curious, one of those things to ask when I hopefully enter the Pearly Gates. I wonder how it could have been in the 60's here on Thursday of last week, and then we get 6-8 inches of snow on Sunday of.the.same.week.

Then, for the last two nights, down in the mid-teens, only to be in the 70's again by this coming weekend. Is this all so that the doctors health insurance companies can make alot of money?

I guess I'll just have to wonder about this because I don't know that I'll ever understand it.

And I got special permission to show you my Snow Angel!

And as you can see, by yesterday afternoon, it had started to melt, but re-freezing has been a problem with black ice. Being the true Southerner that we are (with the exception of "Devil"), we stocked up on bread and milk after church on Sunday, so we didn't have to leave home! We never got to finish making a Diva out of our snowwoman. She fell over and got muddy, so we never finished.
Thanks for coming by! Please also go over & visit Bo from Blinks 'N Winks from Brown-Eyes , Funky Bag Freak, and Mrs. B. Silly @ My Silly Blog to see what they're wondering. I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!

Great photos! I wonder the same thing. Last week it was 89 on Friday, then woke up Sunday morning and it was 30! Yesterday it was warm again. Go figure. Kathy (BTW your daughter is a cutie!)

Oh Tar...your snow pictures look HEAVENLY & that is one GORGEOUS angel! It has been one roller coaster of temperatures here as well...one day in the 80s, then next day in the 20s...but dry so we didn't have any pretty snow... of course, there's always tomorrow?

Just goes to show that God is still in charge of the weather. We just wish He would make up his mind...just keeps us guessing and on our toes.

We have to have valleys to enjoy the mountains - weather is this!

Wasn't the snow fun? It still hasn't melted at our house. I can't beleive it is going to be almost 80 by Sunday! How crazy is that?
You know what I wonder is why in the south do we go and buy bread and milk? It's not like we make a ton of sandwiches and drink all the milk...
I'm glad we got to see your pretty snow angel...
We are heading to the beach this weekend. We have some painting to finish up.

I would love to participate - I've got wonderisms swirling around in my head. I agree about the weather issue - but you gotta love that view. Something about seeing your neighborhood covered with freshly fallen snow - so serene and quiet. I LOVE that!

Don't you just love the way snow transforms everything into a magical wonderland? It's so pretty and so is your little angel!

I wonder too! It is nice seeing your snow and your angel!!! We didn't get as much snow as you did, but my older daughter had come home for the weekend and had to get back to Salem College on Monday. She said the snow got heavier the farther West she went. This weather is Crazy!!!! :D Jewel

I've been wondering the same thing! Haven't most of us? LOL We had sooo much rain a couple of weeks ago and a blizzard the very next day. Only in Indiana!

Have a great day, Denise

Global warming is causing all sorts of weird weather. We are in the high 80's. Which means we'll probably get to 100 by April...yikes!! I may need to move to your neck of the woods.

My hubby says (with great authority) that this is what global warming is all about...not about us being warmer but about strange weather patterns and colder winters and warmer summers. We are having the same roller coaster weather.

Have a Wonderful Wednesday

I'm right there with you. This is some weird weather we have been having. No wonder so many people are sick!

Your little snow angel is the cutest.

I sure hope your team loses this weekend. ;-)

We were lucky and the snow missed us, but we did get the cold cold weather. Our temps have been bouncing up and down. I'm ready for it to turn warm and stay warm.

Beautiful pics of the snow.

DUH! Haven't you heard.... Global Warming! Global Warming! ~ Just teasing!

MO was the same way when we lived there. You always had to dress in layers....

Gotta Love AZ! (except for when it's 122 out) Then it's Hell! :)

LOL about your question to God!!! That is the STORY of our lives here in Indiana - - - I've commented on it FREQUENTLY to my friends and co-workers. It does seem IMPOSSIBLE for it to go from 60 or 70 one day to snow the next - - - but there you have it!
